Celebrella™ started with a simple frustration: why is it so hard to find a great local vendor for your event? You post in a group, get flooded with replies, half the links are broken, and you still don't know who's actually good. It felt like a problem that shouldn't exist in 2025.
So we built something better. A dedicated space where local vendors — balloon artists, bakers, DJs, photographers, decorators, and more — can put their best work forward. And where hosts can actually discover them, not just stumble across them.
We're starting right here on Long Island, NY — because local matters. We believe the best vendors for your celebration are probably already in your community. They just need a better way to be found.
That's also why we created CeleStories™.
It's a living feed of real work from real vendors — photos and videos from actual events, tagged to the moments that matter. Graduation parties. Summer cookouts. Sweet sixteens. Baby showers. When a host is planning, they can scroll through CeleStories and see exactly what a vendor does — not just a logo and a phone number. And when a vendor posts, they stay visible to the people who are actively looking.
We're not trying to be another social media platform. We're not trying to replace the relationships you already have with vendors you love. We just want to make it easier to find the right people, see their work, and reach out — all in one place.
Every vendor profile on Celebrella is reviewed before it goes live. That's our promise to you: this isn't a free-for-all directory. It's a curated community of local businesses who take their craft seriously.
