If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content appearing on Celebrella — including photographs, images, logos, videos, or other media — infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request to us.

To be valid, your request must include all of the following:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (e.g., "my photograph of [subject] taken on [date]")
• The specific URL(s) on Celebrella where the allegedly infringing content appears
• Your full name, email address, and phone number
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete requests may not be processed. Celebrella is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate notices.

Celebrella may create informational profiles for local businesses using publicly available information. If you are a business owner and believe that content on an unclaimed profile — including photographs, descriptions, or other media — is inaccurate, outdated, or should not appear on Celebrella, you may:

• Claim your profile — take ownership and edit or remove any content directly
• Submit a content removal request — email us at hello@celebrellali.com with the subject line "Profile Content Removal Request" and include the URL of the profile and a description of the content you want removed or corrected

We will review all requests promptly and, when appropriate, update, remove, or replace the content. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Upon receipt of a valid and complete copyright takedown notice, Celebrella will:

• Review the request in good faith
• Remove or disable access to the reported content when appropriate
• Notify the vendor or user whose content was removed, where applicable

Celebrella reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a takedown request is valid and whether removal is appropriate.

If you believe content was removed from your vendor profile in error, you may submit a counter-notification to hello@celebrellali.com with the subject line "Copyright Counter-Notification".

Your counter-notification must include:

• Identification of the content that was removed and its former location on Celebrella
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, phone number, and email address
• Your physical or electronic signature

Celebrella will review counter-notifications and may restore removed content at its sole discretion.

Celebrella has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users or vendors who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Celebrella is not responsible for content submitted by vendors or users. The presence of any content on Celebrella does not constitute an endorsement, verification, or guarantee of its accuracy or legality.

Celebrella makes reasonable efforts to respond to valid copyright notices but is not liable for any damages arising from content posted by third parties or from any delay in processing takedown requests.
