Your vendor profile is more than a listing—it's a digital storefront — your business home on Celebrella™. A complete profile helps hosts discover your services, view your work, and connect with you confidently.
Before You Submit, Make Sure You Have:
Your Best Content
Work smarter, not harder. Upload up to 20 photos and 5 videos (15 seconds or less) using content you already have. Re-use your best social posts and reels, share set-up videos, before-and-afters, and those wow moments that make people stop scrolling.
Add short videos to capture movement, ambiance, and the excitement of your events. Put your strongest content first—your first two photos are featured at the top of your profile and create your all-important first impression. Videos are uploaded from your vendor dashboard after your profile is created.
✨ Think like a host: They're not just searching for a service—they're searching for inspiration - and that inspiration could lead them to YOU! Fun, colorful, and visually engaging content helps hosts imagine your business as part of their celebration and makes them more likely to reach out. 🎉
A Business Description
Tell hosts who you are and what you offer. Include relevant searchable keywords naturally throughout your description.
Categories & Services
Select all categories that apply to your business so hosts can easily find you in search.
Service Area
Add the locations you serve so local hosts know you're available in their area.
Contact Information
In addition to the default Celebrella host inquiry form, you can include your preferred contact details and social media links so hosts can connect with you directly. We recommend using the inquiry form as the primary method of host-vendor contact to maintain streamlined communication. Enabling push notifications is highly recommended. You may choose to also include a business phone number, email, or social media as additional contact methods. Include your website and social media links whenever possible. To add socials, simply copy and paste the URL from the social media app directly into the text field on your profile.
