Everything you need to know to post great content, grow your visibility, and attract more customers on Celebrella.
How to Post a CeleStory
4 simple steps — takes less than a minute
Go to your Dashboard → CeleStories™ tab
Log in to your vendor dashboard and tap the CeleStories™ tab at the bottom of the screen. Then tap the pink "Create CeleStory" button.
Pick a photo or video from your portfolio
Your uploaded portfolio photos and videos appear as a gallery. Tap any one — a pink checkmark confirms your selection. No media yet? Add photos in the Photos tab of your dashboard first. Videos can be uploaded there too.
Pick the occasion and 1–4 tags
Choose the occasion it was for (required), then 1–4 tags that describe it — like #Tablescapes or #PartyDecor. Tags are how hosts discover your content: tags marked 🏠 are on the CeleStories homepage right now, and trending topics 🔥 get extra reach.
Add a caption and hit Publish
Write a caption (up to 200 characters) that says what you made, the occasion and your town, something like 'Pastel balloon garland and arch for a baby shower in Huntington, NY'. Hosts' searches match on it, so say what it is. Then tap the pink 'Publish CeleStory' button. Once your profile is live, your story shows to hosts right away. If you are waiting for approval, it goes live with your profile.
New to Celebrella?
Your first CeleStory is recommended, not required: you can submit your profile without one and add it any time. It stays private until we approve your profile, then goes live with it. For your first one, pick a real event you've done, then write a caption that says what you made, the occasion and your town. Those words are how hosts search.
Pro tip
There's no limit on how many CeleStories you can post — it's your permanent portfolio, not a slot-limited feed. Founding Vendors can also use the Boost button once every 24 hours to push a story higher in discovery feeds. Every vendor can still climb feeds organically — trending topics 🔥 get the most reach!
CeleStories are where hosts come for ideas — and the work they see there is how they pick who to call. If you haven’t posted one, you won’t show up there at all.
Get found by what hosts are planning
Hosts browse CeleStories by occasion and topic. When someone taps #BabyShower or #Halloween, the stories tagged with it are what they see.
Local hosts see you first
Discovery ranks stories from vendors near the host’s ZIP code higher, so your work reaches people who can actually book you.
From inspiration to inquiry in one tap
Every story links straight to your profile, and hosts can save stories to come back to while they plan.
A shot at being Featured
Celebrella features standout stories on the CeleStories homepage — and you’re notified when yours is picked.
Boost when it matters
Founding Vendors can boost a story once every 24 hours to move it up discovery feeds — perfect before a busy weekend.
A photo or video of your real work, with a short caption. Hosts browse CeleStories for party ideas, and every one links back to your profile, so it's how they find you and decide to call.
Think of CeleStories as a combination of Instagram posts and a portfolio. Share photos, videos, event highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, tips, and inspiration — discoverable by hosts throughout the platform.
Every CeleStory gives potential customers a chance to see your work, learn about your business, and get inspired to book you.
Unlike a social post that disappears in a day, a CeleStory keeps working for your business long after you hit publish — think of it as a free ad for your business that never stops running. It stays live, stays findable on Google, and can keep bringing in new customers months from now.
Evergreen
Your stories stay live and discoverable — they don't expire or get buried after 24 hours.
Its own real link
Every CeleStory gets a permanent, shareable URL — drop it in your Instagram bio, a text, or an email signature.
Findable on Google
CeleStories are built to be indexed by search engines — a well-tagged story can show up in Google results and bring in hosts who've never heard of Celebrella yet, long after you posted it.
Almost anything that helps tell the story of your business. Great CeleStories include:

🚀 Pro Tip
The vendors who receive the most visibility are often the vendors who consistently showcase their work.
Every setup, event, installation, delivery, transformation, photoshoot, and happy client moment is an opportunity to attract your next customer.
Don't overthink it. If you'd proudly share it on Instagram, it's probably a great CeleStory.
